We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When order arrives, please check purchased items and contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase for credit or exchange. For damaged purchased products during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide our associates with a picture of the damaged purchased products.
Before you send any purchased products back to Yunani herbs please communicate with our staff and obtain a return authorization. Thank you
